SHIPPING POLICY

Gentry generally uses two carriers:† UPS and FedEx.† In addition to standard ground service, we offer overnight,† two-day air and 3-day select delivery options.† An additional handling fee may be assessed† (in addition to the freight charge) for expedited shipping requirements.

Please note:† If you provide your own UPS or FedEx Account number for billing purposes, there† is no handling fee charged for any shipment.

We can also accommodate the use of other carriers, such as DHL or TNT, as long as† your own account number for direct billing of the freight (and customs charges, if applicable) is provided at the time of order.

Shipping rates vary, based on the size, weight, destination and service selected.

RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our top priority here at Gentry.† Any item, with the exception of "special order" or "custom manufactured" parts can be returned for credit.† Should you order an incorrect item and need to return it, we will issue a credit or refund of the purchase price, less a 15% restocking charge.† If the item is returned within the 30 days, we will issue the credit or refund using the same method of payment.
