Carriers
Gentry generally ships via UPS or Fedex. In addition to standard ground, we offer overnight shipping, two-day and 3-day air options. We welcome our customers to use their own UPS or Fedex account for shipping – simply indicate your carrier account number at checkout, and the only amount added by Gentry will be a $7.50 handling charge.
We can accommodate the use of other carriers, such as DHL or TNT providing the customer supplies their own account number for direct billing of freight (and customs charges, if applicable).

Customer satisfaction is our top priority here at Gentry.† Any item, with the exception of “special order” or “custom manufactured” parts can be returned for credit.†
Should you order an incorrect item and need to return it, we will issue a credit or refund of the purchase price, less a 20% restocking charge.†
If the item is returned within the 30 days, we will issue the credit or refund using the same method of payment.
